About the Role
As a Business Analyst in the Tech Pacific Domain, you are responsible for leading business analysis activities across complex projects, ensuring business objectives are effectively translated into robust technical solutions, and managing teams to deliver successful outcomes.

Role Purpose:
- To use analytical and communication skills to elicit, understand, validate and document requirements for business issues, functions and processes from high-level business needs through to detailed solution requirements.
- The role plays a key role in supporting the delivery of solutions through the SDLC and in Agile delivery methodologies.
- The Business Analyst may work independently or in a scrum workplace on small/ low complexity changes; with guidance as part of BA team on low-medium complexity components of larger initiatives.
