Main responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and talent acquisition support to Heads of Global Exec Dev and Global Capability Office team, including scheduling meetings, and assisting with other operational tasks.
- Manage the Global Exec Dev and Global Capability Office Heads’ calendars, scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings to optimise time efficiency.
- Arrange travel itineraries, considering cost-effectiveness and time constraints, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents as required.
- Raise purchase orders (POs) and handle vendor management, overseeing all stages from set up to payment.
- Screen and prioritise incoming
