Role Purpose
The City
Business Lead will be responsible for driving profitable business growth
across the Kolkata market by expanding Chuk’s presence,
developing strategic
customer partnerships, strengthening distribution channels, and delivering
exceptional customer experiences. The role requires a robust commercial
mindset, market understanding, and the ability to build long-term relationships
while championing sustainable packaging solutions.
Key
Responsibilities
1. Business Growth & Sales
· Achieve assigned revenue, profitability, and market share targets for
the city.
· Develop and execute city-wise business plans aligned with organizational
objectives.
· Drive customer acquisition, retention, and account expansion
initiatives.
· Build a healthy sales pipeline and ensure predictable business growth.
2. Customer Relationship Management
· Build strategic relationships with QSRs, HoReCa, distributors,
retailers, institutional customers, and key decision-makers.
