We are looking for an experienced identity and Microsoft 365 specialist to join our global Workplace & Identity team within IT, reporting to the Senior Manager, Workplace & Identity. In this role, you will provide functional leadership and technical direction for engineers working across Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, on-premises Active Directory, and related workplace services. You will be a senior technical escalation point, helping keep our identity and Microsoft 365 services secure, reliable, and continuously improving across the AMER, EMEA, and APAC regions.
What you will do
• Provide functional leadership and technical direction to engineers working across Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Microsoft Entra ID, on-premises Active Directory, and related workplace services




• Coach and develop engineers through regular feedback, knowledge sharing, technical reviews, and structured development opportunities
• Own the administration, configuration, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement of Microsoft 365 services, ensuring they are operated securely and reliably in line with approved standards
• Oversee service health, incidents, requests, changes, and problem management, acting as the senior technical and operational escalation point for major incidents
• Work closely with Information Security and control owners to strengthen identity security, privileged access, authentication, authorization, and directory-service controls
• Identify opportunities to improve service reliability, security, and operational efficiency, and lead the design and implementation of sustainable solutions to recurring issues.
