Introduction
The Senior Systems & Solutions Engineer will be a hands-on customer-facing technical leader for the Custom Digital MCU/MPU business. The role will work with customer engineering teams to understand product architectures, identify system requirements, position GF/MIPS processor and mixed-signal capabilities, and translate customer needs into transparent product and technology roadmap inputs.
The ideal candidate combines embedded processor systems depth with customer credibility.



They should be comfortable discussing real-time control, embedded software, system partitioning, connectivity, safety/security, mixed-signal integration, and application-specific tradeoffs with both customer engineers and internal product/architecture teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage customer engineering teams to understand product systems, architecture choices, workloads, software stacks, constraints, and roadmap needs.
- Translate customer needs into clear requirements for MCU/MPU products, processor subsystems, mixed-signal IP, software, safety/security, connectivity, and platform derivatives.
- Support design-win pursuits with architecture discussions, technical differentiation, competitive comparisons, and customer-specific solution positioning.
