Job Overview:
The Sales & Marketing (Sponsorships) Intern/Trainee will be responsible vis-a-vis Sponsorships for generating leads, getting sponsorships with companies and institutions. This role requires an ambitious, adaptive, and proactive individual with excellent communication and persuasion skills, who can develop trust with the companies and institutions. Revenues generated from Sponsorships would be put back in the aforementioned cause to help more and more people; millions PAN India and abroad.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES for getting Sponsorships:
- Lead Generation:
Identify and research potential companies and institutions targeting individuals in the age group of 18-30 years
Execute lead generation strategies through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and events
Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and detailed information on leads
- Pre-Sponsorship
Outbound calling
Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and requirements
Present offerings and query resolution to showcase the value of our offerings
- Getting Sponsorships:
Build strong relationships with prospects to convert them into customers
Close sales deals effectively
- Post-Sponsorship Engagement:
Follow up with the clients post-sponsorship to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns
Requirements:
- Pursuing or Completed Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Willing to work on an incentive basis for initial 3 months
