We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow professional with 8+ years of experience, preferably with 8–10 years of ServiceNow development experience, and strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM Pro), software license compliance, software models, normalization, reconciliation, integrations,
automation, and ServiceNow development.
The ideal candidate will have experience leading enterprise SAM Pro implementations, designing software entitlement and license compliance models, automating license reclamation, integrating ServiceNow with discovery and software inventory platforms, and providing technical leadership to ServiceNow development teams.

- Lead enterprise-level ServiceNow SAM Pro implementations.
- Design and configure Software Asset Management solutions based on business and compliance requirements.
- Develop scalable software asset lifecycle processes.
- Configure software models and publisher-specific licensing requirements.
- Support software entitlement management and license optimization.
- Design processes for software compliance, usage tracking and reconciliation.
