The Role
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end AMS service delivery for Workday applications.
- Manage incidents, service requests, problem management, and escalations.
- Monitor and ensure SLA and KPI compliance.
- Conduct service reviews and governance meetings with stakeholders.
- Coordinate release, change, and enhancement activities.
- Manage customer expectations and service improvements.
- Drive operational excellence and process optimization.
- Provide leadership to onsite and offshore support teams.
- Manage risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
