Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and discuss technical quotations with customers.
- Coordinate with clients regarding product specifications and commercial requirements.
- Follow up with customers for order confirmation.
- Collect outstanding payments and maintain payment records.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with internal departments for timely execution of customer requirements.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Prepare reports related to quotations, customer interactions, and collections.
Skills Required
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic technical understanding of electrical products.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
- Robust follow-up and customer handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
