Building and maintaining a pool of qualified talent through market research and ongoing relationship management ensures a robust talent pipeline.

The role acts as a brand advocate, representing the company in a positive light by communicating the company culture, values, and job opportunities to attract top talent. It requires close collaboration with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition teams to understand specific job requirements and support business objectives. Continuously improving the sourcing process by using new technologies, tools, and cutting-edge sourcing techniques enhances efficiency and effectiveness.
