About the Role

Five9 is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract) to join our growing Talent Acquisition team in Bangalore, India. In this role, you will own the full-cycle recruitment process for both technical and non-technical positions, partnering closely with hiring managers and business leaders to attract, engage, and hire top talent.

This is an exciting opportunity for a recruiter who thrives in a rapid-paced, high-growth workplace and enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and experienced in sourcing, recruiting operations,



and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse.

Location: Bangalore, India (Hybrid – 3 days per week in office)

What You'll Do

Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles across India.

Source, attract, and engage high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, employee referrals, job boards, networking, and direct sourcing.
