Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Lead Software Engineer – DevOps to lead the design, development, automation, and continuous evolution of enterprise DevOps platforms supporting Williams-Sonoma's global eCommerce ecosystem. This role combines deep expertise in CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, automation,



and software engineering to accelerate software delivery while ensuring scalability, reliability, and operational excellence.

As a technical leader, you will design and enhance up-to-date DevOps platforms, build automation-first engineering solutions, mentor development teams, and enable self-service capabilities that improve developer productivity across eCommerce websites, mobile applications, retail stores, supply chain, and contact center platforms.
