Role SummaryWe are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with deep hands-on expertise in S/4HANA New Asset Accounting (FI-AA) to support and drive global S/4HANA implementations. The ideal candidate will combine robust functional knowledge, business acumen, and stakeholder management skills, and be comfortable working in a SAFe / Agile delivery setup across multiple geographies.
Key ResponsibilitiesSAP FICO – Asset Accounting
- Lead and deliver S/4HANA New Asset Accounting implementations/enhancement, including:
- Organizational structures and chart of depreciation
- Asset classes, depreciation areas,



and parallel valuation
- Integration with General Ledger (New GL), Controlling, and Logistics
- Configure and support end-to-end Asset Accounting processes:
- Asset acquisition, capitalization, transfer, revaluation, retirement, and depreciation runs
- Drive solution design, and functional specifications aligned with business requirements

Business & Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into scalable SAP S/4HANA solutions
- Participate in workshops, design reviews, and steering discussions with global stakeholders

Agile / SAFe Ways of Working
- Work within a SAFe Agile framework, collaborating with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and cross-functional teams
- Contribute to PI planning, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and reviews
- Support continuous improvement, automation, and simplification initiatives
