Essential Job Functions:

Sales & Distribution Activities:
- Design, implementation, and deployment SAP ERP solutions for sales, including sales-order management cycle and post-sales activities, all business transactions in SAP SD relative to Pricing, billing & Customer Service component
- Facilitate the implementation, support & configuration of SD related issues as per client’s requirements
- Identify gaps, issues & work around solutions, document functional designs, test cases & results
- Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues • Interacting with business users to understand requirements and architect solution by leveraging standard functionalities




- Leverage best practices and guide team members to build solution to address new business requirements Estimation/validation of effort estimation for the change requests to provide additional functionalities or to address new business requirements
- Collaborate with business users and guide them to perform UAT and get their validation for the changes done as per CR Pr
- ovide needed support to Order To Cash users in case they face any issues/challenges with SAP system w.r.t Order To Cash processes

Qualifications:
- Knowledge of IT systems such as SAP along with experience of working with Order To Cash users in case they face any issues/challenges with SAP system w.r.t Oder To Cash processes
