We’re looking for a PR Manager to shape our public narrative, strengthen media relationships, and increase brand visibility. This is a hands-on role that combines PR strategy, storytelling, media outreach, and execution.

You’ll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to build compelling narratives, drive earned media coverage, and ensure clear and consistent communication across channels.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute PR campaigns and media outreach aligned with business and brand goals.

Develop press releases, media pitches, announcements, thought leadership content, and other PR materials.

Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, and relevant media outlets.

Identify and secure earned media opportunities across print, digital, business, tech, startup, and industry publications.

Identify opportunities to position company leaders as industry experts through interviews, articles, and speaking opportunities.

Prepare leadership for media interactions, including talking points, briefing notes, and mock Q&A; sessions.

Manage incoming media queries and support reputation management initiatives.

Monitor media coverage and track metrics such as reach, visibility, sentiment, and share of voice.

Collaborate with Marketing, Content, Social Media, and Leadership teams to maintain consistent brand messaging.

Coordinate with external PR agencies, freelancers, and media partners when required.

Key Requirements

3–6 years of experience in PR, Corporate Communications, Media Relations, or a related field.

Strong writing, editing, storytelling, and communication skills.

Proven experience in securing earned media coverage and building journalist relationships.

Good understanding of national, regional, business, startup, tech, or industry-specific media landscapes.

Experience working in a startup, technology, education, or high-growth environment is a plus.
