You will leverage AI-driven recruitment tools while maintaining a personal touch to ensure candidates find the right opportunities. Your focus will be on high-volume outreach, quality submissions, and rapid response times to maximize your success.

Key Responsibilities

High-Impact Outreach: Proactively connect with potential candidates through calls, sourcing, and submissions.

Candidate Engagement: Respond to AI-generated interested candidates promptly (within one hour) to ensure seamless experience and maintain high efficiency and candidate engagement.

Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline,

Share industry trends, hiring insights, and success stories to position eTeam as a leader in workforce, business, and digital transformation. Support recruitment and business efforts by commenting on, liking, and sharing eTeam posts. Encourage referrals and networking by promoting eTeam’s brand and open roles online.
