Position:
Network Security Engineer

Job Description:
What you will be doing:
- Manage and support enterprise network security infrastructure, including:
- Palo Alto Firewalls
- GlobalProtect VPN
- F5 Load Balancers (LTM & GTM)
- UltraDNS
- ClearPass solutions
- EIP solutions
- Handle incident, problem, and change management activities in accordance with ITIL processes.
- Troubleshoot end-user connectivity and remote access issues related to GlobalProtect VPN.
- Administer and troubleshoot F5 Load Balancers, including virtual servers, pools, monitors, SSL certificates, traffic management, and GTM/LTM configurations.
- Manage and support DNS/DDI services, including DNS configuration, troubleshooting, zone management, DNS traffic optimization, and availability management.
- Diagnose complex network and security issues related to Routing, Policy, VPN and DNS across WAN, LAN, and Internet-facing environments.
- Lead end-to-end security project, including planning, design, implementation,

migration, testing, and operational handover for Palo Alto, F5, DNS/DDI,



and related technologies.
- Perform packet capture analysis using Wireshark and other network diagnostic tools.
- Troubleshoot routing and connectivity issues related to BGP and OSPF

What we are looking for:
- Expert knowledge of Palo Alto Firewalls, GlobalProtect VPN, F5 Load Balancer (LTM/GTM) operations and administration, UltraDNS/DDI, ClearPass, and EIP solutions.
- Solid experience in firewall operations, NAT, security policy management, threat prevention, URL filtering, and vulnerability management.
- Hands-on experience in F5 LTM/GTM configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and operational support.
- Expert understanding of BGP, TCP/IP, MPLS, WAN/LAN networking, and DNS/DDI administration and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in Wireshark packet capture and network traffic analysis.
- Good understanding of Incident, Change.
