We are seeking an accomplished Staff Software Engineer to provide technical leadership across the design, development, delivery, and operation of contemporary, secure, cloud-native applications. You will remain hands-on while setting engineering direction across multiple teams, influencing architecture,



improving engineering standards, and resolving complex system-wide challenges.

• Lead the technical design and delivery of scalable full-stack solutions using C#/.NET and Next.js/React.

• Shape architecture and engineering strategy across applications, APIs, integration patterns, and cloud platforms.

• Partner with engineering, product, platform, security, and business stakeholders to translate complex needs into pragmatic solutions.

• Raise engineering quality through reusable patterns, code reviews, test automation, observability, security, and operational excellence.

• Mentor senior engineers, facilitate technical decision-making, and build alignment across teams without relying on formal authority.
