About the role
Mission
The TA (RCC) Manager focuses on transforming recruitment practices to meet strategic organizational goals, ensuring a diverse pipeline of talent that aligns with our business objectives across the region.

Main activities
• Manage and run the regional recruitment competency center.
• Lead the regional RCC team to provide end-to-end resourcing expertise and support to hiring managers and enhance candidate experience.




• Act as resourcing partner for the business: Build cooperative relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of the recruitment process with business needs.
• Understand internal client requirements and business challenges to find the right candidates.
• Drive the performance of the regional RCC team to have a robust delivery and execution in fulfilling hiring needs and improve time to hire and quality of profiles, while ensuring delivery against agreed KPIs and continuously improving outcomes.
• Act as the recruitment POC for a portfolio of internal clients hiring high-end or niche skill sets.
• Design and develop innovative talent acquisition strategies that meet business needs and priorities.
• Implement innovative sourcing strategies to enhance brand visibility and create a pipeline of high-caliber talent for the organization in timely and cost-effective manner.
