As Head of Recruiting India, you will drive strategic talent acquisition initiatives while building strong partnerships across the business and Human Resources organization. You will lead a team of recruiting professionals and contribute to global talent acquisition priorities.
• Define and execute recruiting strategies to attract and hire top talent while building sustainable talent pipelines for current and future business needs
• Lead and develop a team of recruiting professionals and foster a high-performing, customer-focused recruiting organization
• Partner with Talent Attraction and Employer Branding teams to strengthen Infineon's employer brand and support effective talent attraction initiatives
• Use recruiting data, market insights,
and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and support business decision-making
• Collaborate with Human Resources Business Partners and Recruiting Services teams to align recruiting activities with workforce planning and operational excellence
• Build trusted relationships with business leaders and provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition topics
• Contribute as a member of the Global Recruiting Leadership Team and support the development of global recruiting strategies and best practices
Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
You are a collaborative leader with strong business acumen and a passion for developing people and organizations. You communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and successfully navigate complex and changing environments.
• Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
