In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
• Provide continuous administrative and operational support to project teams and finance partners throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate project bookings, order entry activities, and revenue recognition processes while ensuring data accuracy and timely completion.
• Monitor project progress through regular reviews and communicate updates, key milestones, risks, and issues to relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare, maintain, and distribute reports, workbooks, and project-related documentation to support informed decision-making.
• Support workflow creation, process improvements, and escalation management to help address project challenges efficiently.
• Collaborate with project managers, quotation specialists, finance teams, and other cross-functional partners to ensure seamless project execution.
• Support project management activities in alignment with established organizational standards, policies, and procedures.
• Create and maintain part extension requests, product records, submittals,



and project updates within Oracle and other applicable systems.
• Manage project-related changes within Oracle, ensuring accurate records throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project budgets, identify potential financial concerns, and proactively communicate risks.
• Gather, organize, and maintain complete documentation packages required for inspections, shipments, and customer deliverables.
• Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted according to project timelines.
• Establish and maintain project schedules and track key milestones to support successful project delivery.
• Support project billing activities, including invoice generation, milestone billing, and tracking billing events.
• Assist with project revenue recognition activities, cost monitoring, transaction reviews, and financial reporting.
