Saburi Ply is a growing building materials company offering a diverse range of products, including plywood, block boards, flush doors, fire-retardant panels, shuttering plywood, and particle boards.

As part of our expansion in the Particle Board Division, we are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive OEM sales and strengthen our presence in the Bangalore market.

Job Summary

The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and managing OEM accounts, generating business opportunities, and driving sales of particle board products to furniture manufacturers, modular kitchen companies, interior solution providers, and other relevant industrial customers.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in OEM sales, B2B business development, and institutional customer management, preferably within the furniture, panel, or building materials industry.

Key Responsibilities

1. OEM Business Development

• Identify and develop recent OEM customers across Bangalore and surrounding industrial clusters.





• Build strong relationships with furniture manufacturers, modular furniture companies, and interior product manufacturers.

• Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term business accounts.

• Expand the company's OEM customer base and market penetration.

2. Sales & Revenue Generation

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the Particle Board Division.

• Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, and customer-wise revenue projections.

• Drive product trials, sampling, and successful conversion of prospective customers.

• Negotiate commercial terms within approved company guidelines.

3. Customer Relationship Management

• Manage existing OEM accounts and ensure consistent customer engagement.

• Understand customer requirements related to board thickness, dimensions, finish, quality, and application.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
