Job Requirements
DGM- Structures (Seeking candidates with 15+ years of experience with Master’s degree preferred)
• Structural coordination and review of low to high-rise buildings, residential and commercial; for achieving safe and economical designs.
• Managing multiple projects independently. Attending coordination meetings; interacting with architects and structural consultants. Monitoring project progress.
• Target and track structural consumption.
• Preparation of ETABS and SAFE models for concept/schematic level studies.
• RCC estimation in concept schematic phases for assessing cost impact of structural schemes.
• Review of structural models and reinforcement in design development and GFC phase for optimization.
• Site visits if required for field issues.
• Target and track structural consultants performance.

Work Experience
• ETABS, SAFE, RCDC, Excel software proficiency.
• Autocad, Revit working knowledge




• Experience of working on high-rise buildings.
• Sound technical knowledge.
• Communication skills
• Project management experience.
