This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Paid Media Specialist based in India.

As a Paid Media Specialist, you will manage performance-driven paid media activity across a portfolio of client accounts. You will take ownership of end-to-end campaign execution, optimization, testing, and budget management across major advertising platforms. The role combines hands-on campaign delivery with analytical thinking and commercial judgment to improve client outcomes. You will translate performance data into actionable insights, recommendations, and opportunities for growth. As a client-facing delivery lead, you will collaborate closely with Client Services teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders. This is a flexible, fully remote freelance opportunity within a technical, performance-focused digital marketing environment.

Accountabilities:

• Manage day-to-day paid media campaign execution across platforms including Google Ads, Meta, Programmatic, LinkedIn, and Bing where relevant.





• Own end-to-end campaign delivery and optimization for 1–2 assigned client accounts.

• Manage campaign budgets and pacing against agreed plans, targets, and client outcomes.

• Develop, review, and QA ad copy and creative inputs in line with platform and campaign best practices.

• Conduct search query reviews and apply performance learnings to improve campaign effectiveness.

• Execute ongoing platform optimization, campaign builds, expansions, testing, and performance improvements.

• Analyze campaign and market performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

• Provide transparent, commercially relevant insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.

• Participate in client work-in-progress meetings alongside Client Services teams.

• Maintain strong client relationships as the primary paid media delivery lead for assigned accounts.
