This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Human Resource Associate, Shared Service Centre based in India.

This role supports critical HR operations for an international workforce within a rapid-growing, remote-first environment. You will manage key employee lifecycle activities, from onboarding and documentation through benefits, payroll coordination, transfers, and offboarding. The position combines operational HR expertise with close collaboration across customers, professionals, vendors, and internal teams. You will help ensure employee data, documentation, and payroll inputs remain accurate, timely, and compliant. The role also offers opportunities to improve processes, maintain effective SOPs, and introduce AI-enabled tools into everyday workflows. Success requires strong attention to detail, customer service, stakeholder management, and the ability to work effectively across regions and time zones.

Accountabilities:

• Manage key employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding,



data management, absence management, visa renewals, transfers, and offboarding.

• Prepare and maintain HR documentation such as employment contracts, amendments, policies, benefits and payroll enrollment documents, onboarding guides, certificates, and termination documentation.

• Maintain accurate employee and customer records, ensuring HR forms and status changes are properly documented within the HR platform.

• Administer employee benefits in collaboration with brokers, insurers, and other relevant service providers.

• Provide accurate payroll inputs, including time and expense information, while coordinating closely with payroll teams and local payroll providers.

• Conduct audits and data checks to support accurate and timely payroll processing and identify potential discrepancies.

• Communicate clearly with professionals and customers to resolve HR queries, explain processes,
