As the Senior Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative recruitment strategies, building a diverse and inclusive talent pipeline, and fostering a positive candidate experience. Your leadership and expertise will be instrumental in shaping our recruitment processes and contributing to the overall success of Digitide Solutions.

Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition team, providing strategic direction and guidance.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment plans and strategies to meet business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their talent needs.
• Source, attract, and engage top talent through various recruitment channels and networking.
• Design and execute creative recruitment marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
• Conduct comprehensive candidate screening and assessment processes, ensuring a fair and inclusive evaluation.
• Partner with HR and other departments to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.




• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve processes and outcomes.
• Foster a positive and inclusive culture within the Talent Acquisition team, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, with a preference for a Master's degree.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of success.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing recruitment strategies for diverse industries.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a high-performing team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and inclusive approach.
• Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and other recruitment technology too
