Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented qualified with substantial expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial workflows, leveraging practical knowledge of end-to-end transaction cycles. The ideal candidate will serve as a key resource for maintaining financial integrity through precise bookkeeping, reconciliation, and adherence to statutory compliance, while also providing essential support during internal and external audit processes.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage the Procure-to-Pay cycle with a strong grasp of practical application.

• Maintain accurate financial records through comprehensive bookkeeping practices.

• Perform regular and thorough ledger reconciliations to ensure data consistency.

• Ensure strict compliance with Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) and Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations.





• Facilitate and support audit activities by preparing necessary documentation and explanations.

• Utilize ERPNext or similar enterprise resource planning systems to streamline financial operations.

Requirements
Requirements:

• Proven hands-on experience with the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process.

• Proficiency in bookkeeping principles and ledger management.

• Solid understanding of TDS and GST compliance frameworks.

• Experience providing support during audit engagements.

• Familiarity with ERPNext is highly desirable.

• Strong analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and regulatory adherence.
