The opportunity
This opportunity is in the global operations teams of EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) which is rapidly growing. As our efforts towards building a better working world, GDS operations need to create an evolving framework of CRM Operational excellence framework control in all processes,
decision making and activities for GDS operations to enable our business teams across locations.
As an Associate Risk Management Analyst, you will take on a more advanced role in supporting the risk management department. Building on the foundational skills developed at the Associate level, you will have increased responsibilities in managing risk management tools, performing more complex tasks related to client and engagement acceptance, and contributing to the continuous improvement of risk management processes. You will also mentor junior team members and provide more in-depth analysis and reporting.
Your key responsibilities
• Manage more complex aspects of risk management tools, including advanced troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Lead the implementation of recent features or updates in risk management systems, including coordinating with IT and other relevant teams.
• Ensure data integrity within risk management tools,
