Responsibilities
• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex features across our web platform and microfrontends.
• Define web architecture and boundaries; champion shared libraries, design tokens,



and CI/CD standards.
• Optimize SSR, hydration/resumability, and Core Web Vitals for TypeScript/Qwik‑ or React‑like stacks; set performance budgets.
• Ensure reliability, security, and compliance in key user flows (auth, payments, KYC) with robust observability and SLOs.
• Establish testing strategy (unit, E2E, contract, visual); raise coverage and prevent regressions.
• Own accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA), internationalization, and localization workflows.
• Partner with Product/Design/Backend to shape roadmaps and deliver incrementally.
• Mentor engineers, lead code reviews, write docs/ADRs, run technical workshops.
• Improve pipelines (Azure Pipelines), releases, incident response, and root‑cause analysis.
