Summary:
We are looking for an experienced People Partner with experience in HR Business Partnering / HR Partner roles to work closely with business leaders and drive people strategies aligned with organizational objectives. The role will serve as a strategic HR advisor across employee relations, talent management, performance management, organizational development, and change management, while fostering a high-performance and inclusive workplace culture.





Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with senior leadership and business stakeholders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business goals and priorities.
• Act as a trusted HR advisor to leaders and employees, providing guidance on employee relations, people matters, organizational effectiveness, and workplace concerns.
• Drive talent management initiatives including talent development, succession planning, career development, and retention of key talent.
• Partner with managers on performance management, goal setting, continuous feedback, performance improvement, and building a high-performance culture.
• Support organizational development, workforce planning, organizational design, and change management initiatives.
• Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives that promote an inclusive, team-oriented, and positive employee experience.
