• Answer incoming calls and provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers.

• Document and record customer interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary.

• Follow up on customer inquiries and provide regular updates on the status of their requests.
• Stay updated with the latest company policies, procedures,
