What would you do? • The Learning Admin Associate is an entry level role responsible for providing administrative and operational support to learning and development programs. The role focuses on coordinating training activities,



maintaining learning records, supporting learners and facilitators and ensuring smooth execution of learning operations in alignment with organizational processes and compliance requirements.

• • Bachelors degree in any discipline. Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields preferred
• Shift Timings
• Must be flexible with respect to shift timings
Roles and Responsibilities: • Support end to end learning administration activities including training scheduling, enrollment and session coordination
• Maintain and update Learning Management Systems LMS records accurately and in a timely manner
• Assist in onboarding learning programs and mandatory compliance
