What would you do? • The Learning Admin Lead is responsible for overseeing and leading day to day learning administration operations. This role ensures efficient delivery of learning services, adherence to SLAs,



quality assurance and effective people coordination.

• The role acts as a key point of contact between learners, stakeholders, vendors and the learning delivery team while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement in learning processes.

• Manage learning solutions, including activities such as registration, vendor management, product support, learning management system.

• Certifications in HR, Learning and Development or Operations are an added advantage
