Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead hiring for niche and business critical roles across retail, e-commerce, quick commerce, supply chain, finance, marketing, and technology. The role requires strong market mapping, proactive sourcing, and the ability to work closely with hiring managers to close positions that need specialised skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Own the end-to-end hiring process, from role briefing and sourcing through interviews, offer negotiation, and joining.
• Build talent pipelines for niche roles through LinkedIn, referrals, professional networks, job portals, and direct outreach.
• Map target companies and identify candidates whose experience matches the role and business needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to define must-have skills, assess candidates, and agree on hiring timelines.
• Conduct screening interviews covering skills, relevant achievements, compensation, availability,



and motivation.
• Coordinate interviews, collect structured feedback, and keep candidates informed throughout the process.
• Manage offers, counteroffers, and joining follow-ups to improve offer acceptance and reduce dropouts.
• Maintain accurate hiring trackers and share weekly updates on pipeline health, ageing positions, and expected closures.
• Review sourcing results and adjust the search strategy when a role is difficult to fill.

Requirements
• 5–7 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong record of closing niche or specialist roles.
• Experience using direct sourcing and market mapping, beyond applications received through job portals.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring managers and priorities while maintaining candidate experience.
• Robust interviewing, stakeholder management, and offer negotiation skills.
