Position Overview
The Manager – Sales Finance & Operations, will serve as a strategic business partner to Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Executive Leadership. This role is responsible for strengthening revenue performance, improving forecast accuracy, governing CRM and commercial data, and delivering financial and operational insights that support profitable growth. The position combines sales finance, revenue operations, business intelligence, deal economics,



and process transformation to build a scalable operating model for organic growth and future business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead revenue forecasting, pipeline reviews, bookings analysis, ARR reporting, and sales performance tracking across monthly, quarterly, and annual planning cycles.
- Partner with Sales leadership to identify revenue risks, upside opportunities, pipeline gaps, conversion trends, and performance improvement actions.
- Own CRM governance, data integrity, pipeline hygiene, chance accuracy, and sales process compliance, including reporting standards and definitions.
- Develop executive dashboards and KPIs covering ARR, bookings, revenue, pipeline coverage, win rates, churn, customer profitability, gross margin, forecast accuracy, and sales productivity.
