Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager – Flipkart to manage and grow the

company's business on the Flipkart marketplace.The candidate will be responsible for driving sales and GMV growth, managing the Flipkart account, coordinating with category and account managers, monitoring inventory and product listings, planning promotions, and ensuring smooth day-to-day marketplace operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Flipkart Account Management
• Manage the day-to-day business relationship with Flipkart.
• Develop and maintain robust relationships with Flipkart buyers, category managers, and

account managers.

• Act as the primary point of contact for all account-related matters.
• Understand Flipkart's business requirements, commercial terms, targets, and growth

opportunities.

• Conduct regular account reviews and prepare performance reports for management.

Sales & GMV Growth





• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and GMV targets.
• Develop account-specific strategies to increase sales and market share.
• Monitor GMV, revenue, sell-through, ASP, margins, and overall account performance.
• Identify opportunities to expand product assortment and SKU presence.
• Plan and execute seasonal sales, promotional campaigns, and marketplace events.
• Analyze sales trends and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
• Product & Catalogue Management
• Ensure all products are correctly listed and updated on Flipkart.
• Coordinate with the catalogue team for product titles, descriptions, images, attributes,

pricing, and other content.

• Ensure timely onboarding of new products and SKUs.
• Monitor product visibility, ratings, reviews, and customer feedback.
• Identify opportunities to improve product visibility and conversion.
