Management Trainee

Responsibilities
Assist in creating and editing communication materials such as mailers, presentations, company highlights and internal announcements
Support the planning and execution of communication campaigns and events
Coordinate with different departments to gather content and updates
Help maintain the organization’s communication platforms
Support branding and visibility initiatives
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and communication summaries
Ensure consistency in messaging and brand guidelines across all communication channels
Provide administrative and coordination support to the Communications team
Requirements and Skills
Bachelor’s degree or pursuing a degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Creative thinking and attention to detail
Good knowledge of MS Office and digital communication tools
Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation
Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a team workplace
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional communications environment
