Job Description:
The Director of Operations serves as a force multiplier who ensures that the technology organization executes with clarity, alignment, and urgency. Acting as Chief of Staff, this leader drives cross-functional workstreams, translates the CTO's strategic priorities into actionable plans, and holds the organization accountable to outcomes. This is a senior individual contributor and organizational leader role for someone with exceptional operational acumen, executive presence, and a systems-thinking mindset.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Strategic Planning & Prioritization: Partner with the CTO to define quarterly and annual priorities; translate strategy into roadmaps and OKRs that the technology organization can execute against.
• Workstream & Portfolio Oversight: Maintain a master view of all technology workstreams; identify bottlenecks, dependencies, and risks; escalate proactively and remove blockers.
