Director and support day-to-day business operations. This role is critical in
ensuring operational efficiency, accurate reporting, effective coordination
across teams, and timely follow-through on business priorities.

The ideal candidate will be a strong
communicator, detail-oriented, and confident in managing multiple
responsibilities while taking ownership of tasks and driving them to
completion.

What the role is responsible for

Operational ownership

• Tracking contracts, renewals, licenses, suppliers,



and key dates

• Making sure renewals and follow-ups are identified well in advance, not at the last minute

• Maintaining clear records so nothing relies on memory or informal notes

Supporting sales and renewals

• Preparing information ahead of customer renewals and reviews

• Making sure customers receive clear, timely updates — especially when everything is running well

• Supporting the Director with preparation so meetings and pitches are structured and effective

Decision support (not just escalation)

When issues arise, you will:

• Assess the situation

• Prepare explicit options with a recommendation

• Escalate with context, not just questions

• Progress sensible next steps if the Director is unavailable, keeping everything visible

• This role is about reducing interruptions and noise, not creating more of them.
