As a Credit Officer, you will play a vital role in our organization's financial operations. Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee credit operations, including credit approvals, disbursements, and collections.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Review and analyze credit applications, financial statements, and other relevant documents to assess creditworthiness.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all credit-related activities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide support and guidance on credit-related matters.
• Monitor and manage credit risk, identifying potential issues and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service.
• Stay updated on industry trends,

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a credit-related role, preferably in the BFSI industry.
• Robust knowledge of credit analysis, risk assessment, and financial statement analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Proficiency in using MS Office suite, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
