About the Role
We're looking for a Procurement Manager to own end-to-end procurement operations — from requisition to payment — across direct and indirect categories including IT/software/SaaS spend. The ideal candidate has based procurement experience, is comfortable negotiating with international suppliers,



and can drive process efficiency and cost optimization across the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) / Source-to-Pay (S2P) process including PR–PO conversion, vendor onboarding, and vendor master data maintenance

• Handle RFQ/RFx processing, price and contract negotiations, and vendor selection

• Conduct vendor performance evaluations and maintain performance dashboards/reports (SharePoint or equivalent)

• Resolve blocked invoices and support 2-way/3-way invoice matching

• Monitor and report procurement SLA and KPI metrics for operational excellence

• Coordinate with Accounts Payable, Production/Delivery, IT, and Quality teams to resolve day-to-day procurement issues

• Manage procurement of IT/tech spend — software licenses, SaaS subscriptions, cloud services, hardware — including renewals and contract terms (SLAs, data security clauses)

• Follow up with international/global suppliers
