Qualifications & Experience

• B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or MBA Operations with 12–15 years of relevant experience in operational procurement, production scheduling and warehouse in manufacturing industries.
• Experience in planning, purchase of raw materials required for manufacturing of low voltage switchgear both domestic and import suppliers.
• Advanced Excel skills – For data analysis, dashboards, and reporting.
• Knowledge of supply chain processes – Understanding of end-to-end demand, supply, and order management flow.
• Is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, ensuring effective receipt, storage, picking, dispatch, and inventory management of materials. This role ensures that warehouse processes run smoothly, safely, and in alignment with company standards and internal customer requirements.
• Data interpretation and reporting – Ability to convert data insights into actionable plans.
• As a Production planning and control professional,



you will perform the planning and scheduling of low voltage switchgears efficient operations and timely delivery of products
• Manage a team of 6 – 8 people in operational procurement, Production scheduling and Warehouse.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of low voltage products – MCB, RCCB, HRC fuses and accessories, manufacturing processes, inventory management, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities for both domestic and international sources.
• Strong understanding of forecasting techniques, demand analysis, and supply planning.
• Hands-on experience with SAP PP/MM (implementation experience is an advantage).
