About the Role
ELIXR Labs is looking for a Marketing, Pre-Sales & Business Development professional with 4–6 years of experience in B2B lead generation, pre-sales, outbound outreach and sales support, along with a basic understanding of digital marketing and creative services.
The ideal candidate will be strong in lead generation, prospect research, email/LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, lead qualification and appointment setting, with working experience in customer discussions, requirement understanding, follow-ups, reporting and prospect management.
The candidate will also support the promotion of ELIXR Studios' video, creative and AI content services through social media and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
• Identify and research potential B2B clients across target industries and geographies.
• Build and maintain qualified prospect databases using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead-generation tools.




• Identify relevant decision-makers such as CXOs, Marketing Heads, IT Heads, HR/TA Heads, Procurement and Business Heads.
• Research accounts and prospects to identify business needs and potential opportunities.
• Generate leads for both ELIXR Labs technology services and ELIXR Studios creative/AI content services.

2. Outbound Outreach
• Execute daily email, LinkedIn and cold-calling campaigns.
• Create and manage outreach sequences and follow-up campaigns.
• Personalize messaging based on the prospect, industry, business requirement and service offering.
• Track outreach, responses, meetings and conversions.
• Experiment with different messaging, subject lines and outreach approaches to improve engagement.

3. Lead Qualification & Inbound Lead Handling
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on requirement, business need, budget, timeline and decision-making process.
