Job Description- Community Associate

We are seeking an enthusiastic and execution-focused Community Associate to drive on-ground event execution, ensuring high engagement, process compliance, and a seamless community experience across campuses.

Key Responsibilities & Outcomes

• Event Execution
• Plan and execute community events end-to-end, ensuring smooth coordination, logistics, and on-ground delivery

• Process & Compliance
• Ensure 100% adherence to event processes, safety protocols, and documentation standards

• Customer Experience
• Maintain CSAT score of 4+ through engaging, well-executed events and prompt resolution of feedback

• Engagement & Participation
• Drive event participation and engagement through creative and interactive initiatives

• Vendor Coordination




• Manage vendors and partners to ensure timely and quality delivery of services

• Performance Tracking
• Monitor event metrics, analyze outcomes, and identify opportunities for improvement

Eligibility & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Prior experience in event execution or community engagement preferred
• Robust organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination ability
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office and event tools
• Flexibility to work as per event schedules (including evenings/weekends)
