Position Summary:
The Employee Relations Manager will serve as the primary advisor on Employee Relations, Grievance handling and setting up and operationalizing labor compliance adherence for the organization. This role provides strategic, operational inputs and secures implementation across employment laws, employee litigation, labor regulatory compliance with the company’s operations in India.



Build a proactive ER framework that promotes a positive employee experience, workplace harmony, and organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of India Labor Laws, Codes and frameworks, experience supporting multinational organizations, working in matrixed organizations, and solid expertise in the field. The role will work closely with India Legal Counsel, US Legal and US Employee Relations teams as needed.

Role Responsibilities:
• The Employee Relations Manager will be responsible for:
• HR Labor Law Strategy & Implementation
• Provide expert guidance on a broad range of employment, labor regulatory matters impacting the Global Capability Center (GCC).
• Partner with business leaders and HR stakeholders to advise on complex employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, grievance management, workplace investigations, performance issues, misconduct cases, and separations.
