• Implements process parameter controls per SOPs; monitors critical variables and drives standard operating conditions consistently across all shifts.
• Investigates process deviations using 5-Why, fishbone and Pareto; prepares structured problem reports and ensures corrective actions are implemented and verified.
• Ensures all shift-level safety protocols — PTW, LOTO, PPE — are consistently followed; conducts safety walks and addresses unsafe conditions immediately.
