Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer (G6) with strong expertise in backend and full-stack development, cloud-native engineering, AI/ML and microservices architecture. The candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing scalable solutions, mentoring developers, and driving engineering excellence across the team while ensuring high standards of quality, security, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using up-to-date programming languages and frameworks (Java, Spring Boot, React, etc.).
• Handle development of microservices, REST APIs, and cloud-native solutions aligned with enterprise architecture patterns.
• Develop, test (unit and integration), and maintain scalable cloud-based applications using AWS services.
• Automate deployment, monitoring, and management of cloud applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code across front-end and back-end.




• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship features, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
• Implement best practices for cloud architecture, security, and performance.
• Build and integrate AI/ML-powered features and agents using AWS AI services.
• Apply AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery and improve code quality.
• Stay current with AWS technologies and industry trends; foster continuous improvement.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
• Own end-to-end delivery including design, coding, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Provide technical leadership by reviewing code, mentoring developers, and driving best practices in coding, performance, and security.
• Design and implement AI-enabled application capabilities leveraging enterprise-approved AI platforms, LLMs, and intelligent automation frameworks.
