Key Responsibilities

As a Teamcenter Product Configurator Solution Lead, you will:

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Teamcenter Product Configurator solutions, aligning with business needs and architectural standards.

• Translate complex requirements into technical specifications for product configuration, variant management, and BOM generation.

• Perform advanced Teamcenter customization (ITK, SOA, C++/Java) to extend Configurator functionalities, developing custom workflows and data models.

• Lead data migration strategies for product configuration data and design integrations.

• Act as the subject matter expert, providing technical guidance, troubleshooting complex issues, and optimizing Teamcenter performance.

• Utilize solid SQL skills for database querying, analysis, and optimization related to configuration data.

• Mentor junior team members, provide technical leadership, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver robust solutions.

Required Skills

To succeed in this role, you should possess:





• 7-8 years of hands-on experience with Siemens Teamcenter, specifically with a strong focus on Product Configurator.

• Proven expertise in Teamcenter customization using ITK, SOA, C++, and Java.

• In-depth understanding and practical experience with Teamcenter data model, workflows, access management, and change management.

• Solid experience with solution variants, variant conditions, and complex configuration rules.

• Demonstrable experience in Teamcenter data migration strategies and execution.

• Strong proficiency in SQL for database querying, analysis, and optimization within a Teamcenter environment.

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong analytical mindset.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
