Accountabilities





• Provide proactive counsel across data privacy, employment, real estate, social media, ethics, and other general legal matters, keeping operations aligned with evolving laws and standards.
• Supervise statutory obligations, identify control gaps, and drive corrective actions; brief leadership on emerging developments and translate risk into explicit business implications.
• Supervise legal disputes with effective reporting, critical issue, and resolution support that protects enterprise value and key relationships.
• Partner with Procurement and Business teams to draft, review, negotiate, and complete commercial agreements; enhance templates and reporting to improve consistency, control, and decision quality.
• Develop policies and legal documentation that strengthen operational governance and compliance frameworks, enabling efficient and scalable growth.
