Timely and high-quality delivery of goals/targets would be essential and will be a key performance measurement criterion. S/he will develop and expand our partner network across India, foster and manage key accounts and other relationships, grow demand for eyeglasses, and provide seamless stakeholder support and engagement. The Deputy Director, Partnerships, leads our eye hospital, eyecare NGOs,



and optical partnerships across India. S/he is responsible for achievement of ambitious targets and scaling demand and access to eyeglasses through eye hospitals, eye care NGOs, and optical partners. S/he will be responsible for managing the pan-India team and channel partner network. S/he will serve as a leadership team member of the institutional partnerships vertical and will report to the Director, Partnerships. S/he will be based out of Delhi NCR (Noida), India.
